Our Founders & Team
Our Founders, Barry Patel and Wade Smith, envisioned a business model where entrepreneurship meets purpose. With backgrounds in pharmaceutical marketing, distribution, and entrepreneurship, they understood two fundamental realities:

Kevin Vora
Identifies growth opportunities, guides new franchisees, and strengthens franchise ecosystem by providing development support through structured franchise programs.
Operations Director
Maintains a smooth start for new franchises, guides them through every step of the onboarding. Preserves compliance with brand standards and legal requirements, as well as builds strong relationships, resolving challenges and continuously improving the onboarding process.
Project Manager
Execution of franchise initiatives, alignment with company goals and operations, franchise engagement through collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

Leads communication strategy and liaisons between corporate and franchisee network, responsible for learning management system to strengthen franchise engagement and keeping them informed and aligned.
