Our Founders & Team

Our Founders, Barry Patel and Wade Smith, envisioned a business model where entrepreneurship meets purpose. With backgrounds in pharmaceutical marketing, distribution, and entrepreneurship, they understood two fundamental realities:

The untapped potential of empowering local entrepreneurs to meet that demand

They combined decades of industry experience to create a franchise system intended to lower barriers, streamline operations, and create an opportunity to build success for its partners.

  2. Launched Norgesic® and licensed first franchise territories in Florida, Nevada, and South Carolina

  3. Launched Oravig® and expanded in Florida, Louisiana, and New Jersey

  4. Launched Tolectin® and licensed first territories in New York and Kentucky

  5. Further expansion in Texas, Georgia, New York, Louisiana, and other states
